• We offer islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka via the government postal service.

• A fixed delivery fee of LKR 295 applies to all orders, regardless of location.

• Orders generally arrive within 2–7 business days after confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of gold-plated jewelry, standard returns or exchanges are not accepted after delivery.

• We provide full assistance for manufacturing defects, delivery damage, or incorrect items if reported within 2 days of delivery.

• An unboxing video is required to verify claims.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings and other hygiene-sensitive jewelry cannot be returned after use.

Jewelry Care

• With appropriate care, our jewelry is designed to maintain its premium appearance for up to 2 years or longer.

• Avoid exposing pieces to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, excessive friction, or moisture.

• A dedicated Jewelry Care Instructions Card is provided with every order to help you maintain your pieces.
